Information systems, sociomaterial practices and the emergence of environmental management infrastructures

Information systems are an integral part of environmental management infrastructures – complex assemblages social and technical artifacts, human actors sociomaterial routines enacted in the pursuit sustainability outcomes. We analyse case infrastructure developed around a ‘vessel system’ by South Australian regulator between 2004 2013.
